Can I buy Garzini products in store?

We have a growing number of stores stocking Garzini wallets, to find a store near you please use our store locator. Not all stores will have a full range of Garzini products, for this reason you may find it easier to shop online where you can view our whole range.

What packaging do we use?

Unboxing your wallet is as important as using your wallet. Your Garzini experience starts with an elegant box. The soft-touch navy blue finish simulates the feel of your wallet even before you touched it. Recycled paper is used inside to spare mother nature. Light transparent butter paper all around the wallet and white cardboard inserts make sure your wallet reaches you in top condition. The stylish thank you card makes the experience complete.

How many cards can your wallet hold?

Depending on the number of cards you need to store, we have the perfect wallet for you. If you want to keep your wallet as thin as possible, take a look at our Essenziale collection. If you need more storage space and a pull-up tab, our Cavare collection will easily meet your needs. If you simply need a card holder with a few card slots, then the Leggera collection is perfect for you.

Do you make wallets with coin pockets?

Yes, we do! The Garzini Essenziale and Cavare models have a coin pocket edition. The choice is completely up to you.

Ordering & Shipping

Can I order from any country?

With customers all around the world, we make it easy to shop with low international shipping rates and prices converted to your currency.

We deliver with the shipping company that can assure the fastest and most secure shipping service on the moment of your order. If no one is home for delivery, local postal guidelines apply.

How long wil it take for my product to arrive?

While all orders are shipped within 48 hours, we can’t directly control the delivery times beyond our end. As a general rule, assume delivery will take the following:

  • United States: 3-5 business days
  • Canada: 7-10 business days
  • Europe: 2-5 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5-15 business days

For deliveries outside these areas delivery can take up to 30 business days. If you live in the middle of nowhere, please allow some extra time.

What to do when my package is lost?

We understand that mistakes happen. If you accidentally provide the wrong address, we're here to help. While we can't cover the expenses of resending the order to the correct address, please reach out to our customer support team at support@garzini.com. We'll do our best to provide guidance and support as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

Returns & exchanges

What is your return policy?

In the rare occasion your product is faulty, we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, or you simply change your mind, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 

A customer has a window of 2 hours from the time of placing an order to cancel it and receive a full refund.

What happens if I want to make a return or an exchange?

If you would like to return, cancel or exchange your product, please contact our support team on support@garzini.com.

All items must be returned in original condition and in the original Garzini packaging.

Payments

Do I need to pay any import duties or taxes?

Local charges and import taxes are not included in the price of your order. However our majority of shipments are delivered without being charged any extra fees. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

What currencies can I pay in?

Our standard checkout currency is US dollar, however to improve your shopping experience you can choose your desired currency by using the currency drop down menu. 

What kinds of payments do you accept?

Garzini wants to provide the safest shopping experience therefore we only accept payment methods who can ensure safe transactions. We accept payments with Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Visa, America Express, Bancontact, Ideal, ShopPay, Google Pay & Apple Pay.

Warranty

Does your company provide warranty coverage for its products?

Yes, our products are covered by a lifetime warranty from the date of the original online purchase for the original end-user purchaser. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions.

If a defect is found, we will exchange the product at no charge after assessing the defective product. However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by unreasonable use or neglect, and it does not apply to instances where the customer changes their mind.
