Worldwide Shipping & Delivery

With customers all around the world, we make it easy to shop with low international shipping rates and prices converted to your currency.

We deliver with the shipping company that can assure the fastest and most secure shipping service on the moment of your order. If no one is home for delivery, local postal guidelines apply.

While all orders are shipped within 48 hours, we can’t directly control the delivery times beyond our end. As a general rule, assume delivery will take the following:

  • United States: 1-3 business days
  • Canada: 7-10 business days
  • Europe: 2-5 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5-15 business days

For deliveries outside these areas delivery can take up to 30 business days. If you live in the middle of nowhere, please allow some extra time.

On rare occasions the customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security measure.

Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

Returns & Exchanges

If your product is faulty, we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, or you simply change your mind send it back to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

You are liable for the cost of returning your item. We recommend returning your order via your local postal service on a standard service. At a standard rate, remember to keep your postage receipts, just in case your parcel doesn’t reach us. When using tracking please let us know your tracking number.

All items must be returned in original condition and in the original Garzini packaging. Remember to include a returns form in your package so our returns team know exactly what to do once we've received it. You can download one here.

Warranty

Our products are covered for a period of ONE (1) year from the date of original online purchase by the original end-user purchaser, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. If a defect is found in the materials and workmanship within the warranty time period we will exchange the product at no charge to you, provided the defective product is sent back to us for assessment.

This warranty doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, or if you just change your mind. If you wish to make a claim, or need help with a product, email support@garzini.com and be sure to keep hold of your receipt.
