The wireless charging areas are for a compatible phone and earbud case. They do not charge your laptop. Continue using your laptop’s own charger.

Wireless charging requires the sleeve to be connected through USB-C. Use it for laptop protection and as a mousepad without power.

Your phone must support compatible wireless charging. Your earbuds need a compatible wireless charging case. A cable-only earbuds case will not charge on the pad. Confirm your exact models with our team before ordering.

USB-C ports differ in the power they supply. Charging performance depends on the connected port or power source. Check your laptop specifications and ask our team about the required power input.

Case material and thickness affect wireless charging. Check your case’s compatibility, and remove metal attachments, cards, or other objects between your phone and the charging area.
